Mr. Benjamin “Benjy” Karsch is Revlon’s Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, he leads the brand management, new product development, media, PR, and retail innovation for Revlon’s Consumer Division. He has 25 years of experience in consumer marketing across diverse industries, from CPG to hospitality to healthcare, and across global geographies, from the U.S. to Israel to China.
Prior to Revlon, Benjy served as Chief Marketing Officer at Cigna, Corporate Vice President of Marketing at Las Vegas Sands, and Associate Principal at McKinsey. He began his career in brand management in both the U.S. and international markets, with Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, and Johnson & Johnson.
Benjy is a graduate of The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
